Revenue Cycle Management Service

Provider Portal –Charge Entry/Claims Submission

At our organization, we’ve partnered with Tebra (fka Kareo) , a comprehensive Practice Management/Medical Billing software. When you choose to work with us, you simply input charge data directly into your provider portal that we set up for you and we then we will handle the entire process of claims submission from there on out.  Our meticulous team manually reviews your entries to ensure the accuracy of all insurance information before electronically submitting the claims. Our process is simple and straightforward and will only take a few minutes out of your day rather than hours.  Your time should be spent providing expert clinical services to your patients.  Administrative tasks can be left up to us.  You can add the following modules to your portal when you need them:

o   Document Sending/Signing, merged directly into the patient chart

o   Electronic Health System that allows you to write your note and submit charge from that same screen

o   Telehealth Platform which sends patient a link to connect with you all from one user login.

Claims Process and Follow Up

Rest assured, we are highly proactive when it comes to following up on claims to ensure timely receipt and payment. As the majority of claims are electronically submitted, we receive almost instant confirmation of their receipt. Should any issues arise with a claim, we promptly address them with either the insurance company or you.  We are quick to follow up on rejected and denied claims as well as claims with no response from insurance companies. You can leave all aspects of claims follow up, including tracking specific claims, to us. It’s one less concern for you to handle.

At no additional cost, we take care of billing any secondary insurances. Our level of dedication to following up on secondary claims matches that of primary claims. You can expect the same thoroughness and commitment throughout the entire process.

Patient Balances

We use the latest and greatest technology to handle the monthly statements for any outstanding amounts owed by patients, such as co-pays and deductibles. Patients can pay with a simple click on a link that is sent to them to pay from their phone, tablet or other computing device.  We know longer need to wait for the USPS to deliver snail mail to your patients. If a patient has any questions regarding their bill, they can simply contact our office. Our professional staff is well-equipped to review the invoice in detail and address all inquiries from patients. This reduces significant burden from you or your office staff, as they are no longer responsible for answering patients’ billing-related questions.
