History
Tracy Freeze had the vision to see the demand from practices that required solutions to their business management needs. In 1996 she founded and started Ascend Practice Management. From the early days she worked with providers to develop solutions to challenges in their practice involving Human Resources, bookkeeping needs, revenue cycle management, facility management, credentialing & contracting, and compliance. These diverse needs resulted in Ascend Practice Management growing, getting involved in software training and development in order to provide better solutions for our clients. Ascend Practice Management has grown and added staff in the years that followed. This team now makes up a strong group of people working to provide our clients with the expertise they need to create a successful practice. We still consult on myriad areas of business management for your medical practice. Our most successful clients look to Ascend Practice Management as an extension of their practice. We don’t call it outsourcing we call it Solutions Sourcing. Our business has grown but we still pride ourselves on basing our practices on the vision of our founder. Client service and helping practitioners achieve their goals is our number one priority.
